Job Description

  • Manage the Plant’s Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain API Q1, ISO 9001, and API 16AR certifications and compliance.
  • Provide guidance for developing quality procedures in Rig Technologies and ensure compliance with global, product, legal, and customer requirements.
  • Manage internal and external audits, and monitor and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), ensuring proper root cause methodology and recurrence prevention via the Intelex system.
  • Support the implementation and lead continuous improvement projects, including global Quality initiatives, and support other departments in process mapping and problem-solving using quality tools.
  • Reduce the Cost of Quality by working with operations and improve On-Time Delivery (OTD), while continuously monitoring the level of customer satisfaction.
