Job Overview:
. Upkeep QSHE Integrated Management System (IMS)
. Ensure IMS policy implementation
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain integrated management system including but not limited to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
Promote, organize and conduct meetings and activities including IMS Management review and Kaizen Program.
Organize and conduct IMS inspection and audit.
Plan and co-ordinate internal and external audits.
Attend and support customer, supplier, authority and third-party enquiries, meeting, audit and other related matters.
Ensure PIC take prompt resolution on non-conformities / observations, through risk consideration and effective identification of root causes, preventive and /or corrective actions.
Monitor, track and review of action plans and reports.
