As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will have the opportunity to leverage your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people worldwide. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving the improvement of existing product quality through the use of continuous improvement methods and tools such as: Six Sigma, Product and Process Understanding (PPU), Design of Experiments (DOE), Customer Quality Index (CQI), Test Method Validation (TMV), Manufacturing Line Validation (OQ, IQ, PQ, PPQ).
- Supporting and interacting with customers through complaint investigations, troubleshooting, trend analysis, test investigations, and the disposition of non-conforming products.
- Leading/attending internal and/or external audits.
- Ensuring that the intended design of the marketed product and product integrity are maintained as materials, processes, methods, and specifications change.
