Job Description

Maintain and control all company documents such as SOPs, WI, forms, templates, and records.

Ensure documents follow the proper approval process before issuance.

Coordinate document change requests (DCR) from departments.

Ensure changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented correctly.

Update revision histories and version controls.

Issue controlled documents to relevant departments.

Support departments in retrieving documents when needed.

Ensure obsolete documents are removed and replaced with updated versions.

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Ensure records are stored according to retention requirements.

Monitor expiration dates for certificates, licenses, and other controlled records.
