Quality Leader

Who will you be working with ?

The  Quality Leader reports directly to the Fleet Program Manager of the account and supports all reliability and quality initiatives to drive improvements on KPI’s.

How will you make a difference ?

The Quality Leader will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

What will your typical day look like ?

• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and implement strategic solutions to improve execution at shop level.
