Job Description

Carrier is seeking a Quality Leader to drive quality objectives and oversee daily quality activities. You will enhance product reliability, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and serve as a liaison among customers, operations, and Carrier sites.

You will supervise nonconformity resolution, implement test and inspection plans, manage risk with PFMEA/MSA/Process flow, mentor technicians, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
