Bosch Malaysia is seeking a senior Quality Leader to head the Value Stream Quality team in Penang, driving product and process quality across manufacturing lines.

You will oversee inspections, lead RCA, CAPA, and cross-functional improvements to meet KPIs, and ensure ISO/TS requirements while guiding a high-performance quality organization.
