Stellantis in Saltillo, Mexico seeks a Quality Shop Launch Manager to lead the Plant Quality Team in mastering new vehicle programs and ensuring quality during industrialization.

You will drive readiness of Quality Shop processes, oversee training, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering and global networks to deliver on-time launches and robust quality convergence. This role requires 7+ years of related experience and strong RCA/communication skills.
