Job Description:

Quality Lab Technician

The Quality Lab Technician is primarily responsible for performing laboratory testing and maintaining record according to established standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:

  • Conduct HPLC analysis.
  • Conduct physical and chemical analysis.
  • Conduct IR analysis.
  • Conduct UV/VIS analysis.
  • Conduct Sampling of Raw Material and Finish Product.
  • Conduct Laboratory equipment checks. 
  • Monitor temperature, humidity, cleaning, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain raw material log and storage.
  • Maintain finish product storage system. 
  • Maintain adequate lab supplies, order and stock.
  • Maintain lab environment: including clean and maintain work area, load and unload washer, keep environment clean and ready for use.
