Copeland LP is seeking a Quality Lab Engineer in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, to oversee compressor performance testing and maintain lab quality systems. You will analyze results, prepare data-driven reports, and drive CAPA actions across manufacturing and QA teams.

The role requires a strong background in quality engineering, Cp/Cpk, and statistical methods, with experience in ISO 9001 audits and cross-functional collaboration. On-site position with growth in a global HVACR context.
