We are looking for an R&D Quality Intelligence Lead who is insight‑driven, influential, and rigorous to join our team in Global Quality (QMS & Quality Intelligence), based at our UCB campus located in Braine‑l’Alleud, Belgium
About the role
You will lead the end‑to‑end Quality Intelligence strategy across R&D (GCP/GLP/GCLP). You’re going to design, implement, and continuously improve how we sense, interpret, and act on regulatory and inspection signals—while building sustainable, organization‑wide knowledge. You will also drive external advocacy to help shape future regulations and ensure UCB stays inspection‑ready and future‑proof.
