Job Description

Plasticos Castella SA is seeking an experienced QA/Inspection Specialist to coordinate and execute First Article Inspections and related quality assurance activities at the Chihuahua site. You will guide less experienced staff and provide technical support for inspection applications, acting as SME for measurement methods.

You will also drive NCR/CAPA actions, support NPI and design transfers, and prepare thorough documentation and statistical reports on quality control results for management.
