Quality Inspector III

Overview

Verathon is looking for a Quality Inspector III to become the newest member of our QA/RA Team located in Bothell, WA. The Quality Inspector is responsible for supporting the Quality and Operations teams by performing receiving inspection and final release of finished products.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily inspections on incoming parts, in-process and final release of finished goods. Inspects mechanical, electrical, and PCBA raw/incoming materials to approved specifications
• Utilize statistical techniques to obtain samples sizes. 
• Identify, select, and use metrology gauges and instruments. Provides recommendations and implement inspection & testing methods.
• Develop and improve Quality tools for inspection, creating process efficiencies. 
• Analyze data to review and improve current inspection methodologies and turn-a-around times.
