**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Quality Inspector on the 1st shift, with flexible hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our products by using advanced tools and equipment to ensure precision and quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use profilometers to check surface finish and record results on designated forms.
+ Operate microscopes, micrometers, and roundness gages, and accurately record results.
+ Inspect parts from operator's machines using various gages including air gages, concentricity gages, plug gages, dial bore gages, and drop indicators.
+ Report any non-conformances to the Quality Manager.
+ Interact with production personnel and members of management as needed.
+ Perform special quality tasks and reporting as needed.
