Job Description
Zarar Chemicals is seeking an experienced Quality & HSE professional to lead the development and implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) for our chemical manufacturing facility located in Wah Cantt, Rawalpindi.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant will be responsible for developing and structuring complete IMS documentation and regulatory compliance frameworks aligned with:
ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems
ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems
ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
GMP requirements
The scope includes:
Preparation of Quality Manual, HSE Manual, SOPs, and Work Instructions
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)
Environmental Aspect & Impact Assessment
Legal & Regulatory Compliance Register
Process Flow Diagrams and compliance tracking spreadsheets
Audit-ready IMS documentation structure
Regulatory & Local Authority Compliance (Core Responsibility):
