Quality Head

HTL Limited, part of the HFCL Group, is seeking a Quality Head to join our team in Guindy, Chennai. This role is pivotal in our Optical Fiber Cable Manufacturing division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Quality department team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

- Oversee all testing on new development cables, including optical, environmental, and mechanical tests.

- Ensure effective manpower utilization across all three shifts to meet AOP testing targets with minimal overtime.

- Monitor output and assess the skills of testing operators to identify training needs for skill development.

- Manage the smooth functioning of the QM Module in SAP and various QA software applications.
