Job Description
Purpose: Lead and implement new initiatives in continuous improvement program. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and participate in improvement initiatives. Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives like Built-in Quality, Lean Six Sigma, bottom-up initiatives and others across the organization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Support in various departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.
