Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced UAT Lead – Payments to drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for banking and financial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payments (Wires & ISO20022), test strategy, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring high-quality releases in an Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

UAT Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across projects and releases
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
  • Ensure UAT sign‑offs meet business requirements and quality standards

Test Planning & Strategy

  • Create and maintain test plans, test strategy documents, test scenarios, and test cases
