Responsibilities

• Lead disciplined problem resolution process in response to customer, internal or supplier quality related issues.
• Participate in the APQP process for the development of the overall quality plan to ensure customer and internal requirements are satisfied.
• Prepare and support customer PPAP submission deliverables.
• Lead and/or participate in customer visits and audits as required.
• Plan and execute internal process audits to ensure the capability and effectiveness of the process satisfies defined requirements.
• Lead Material Review Board (MRB) activities for timely disposition of parts.
