Quality Engineering Manager

What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

The Quality Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the testing activities within CIBCs Core Banking and Payments Technology Quality Engineering team. This role ensures that client needs are met with the highest quality standards by overseeing all aspects of the testing process, including the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts. The incumbent coordinates end-to-end testing, drives continuous improvement, and ensures testing processes comply with organizational and regulatory requirements. The role works closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, quality engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
