Quality Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Manager, who brings strong leadership capabilities combined with deep hands-on expertise in Java + Selenium automation, exposure to AI-driven automation tools (such as Test Modeler or similar), and proven experience in leading and providing guidance to Performance testing team.

The ideal candidate will drive automation strategy, strengthen quality practices, mentor cross-functional teams, and help evolve the organization’s QA maturity across multiple products/clients.
