Quality Engineering Lead

We are hiring an Onsite QE Test Lead to champion the transition from traditional QA practices to a modern Quality Engineering (QE) mindset across our technology landscape. This role will serve as the primary onsite point of contact for all quality-related activities, partnering closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders while leading and scaling an offshore QE team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single onsite QE/Test lead and primary point of contact for quality across the program.
• Lead, mentor, and scale an offshore QE team in India (manual + automation), ensuring consistent execution and high standards.
• Drive the transition to a QE mindset: shift-left testing, prevention-focused quality, automation-first approach, and continuous improvement.
