Job Description

On behalf of a global client, RED is seeking a QA Engineer to serve as an automation-driven quality gatekeeper for new features, platform enhancements, and system integrations ensuring production readiness at scale.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Languages: English and Spanish

Duration: 12 months + extension

Capacity: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

  • Take ownership of automated quality gates and CI/CD guardrails to ensure release readiness.
  • Validate features, workflows, and integrations at scale through automation.
  • Ensure releases meet defined business and user objectives before deployment.
  • Provide automated quality signals and evidence to support go-live decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through dashboards, KPIs, and risk analysis.
