Summary of the work

1. Operate and maintain the quality system within the project or production line in accordance with KOS requirements.
2. Resolve supplier quality issues and customer issues to keep the production line under control, improve product quality and reduce production costs.

Main tasks and responsibilities

1. Assist in completing the advance quality planning for new products, PSO audit and PPAP document submission for new products, projects and suppliers to ensure the product process is under control.
2. Support for daily production line product quality management, timely handling of process problems related to product quality to ensure product and service quality.
3. Learn how to handling customer complaints in a timely manner, ensure that customer feedback is given within 24 hours, and maintain good communication with customers.
