Quality Engineering (Contract)

Job Overview

This position, working under the supervision of the Quality Manager, is responsible for process documentation, completing quality deliverables on new product launches, ensuring all process changes have accurate documentation completed, and other process/quality improvements as required. In addition, this individual will be responsible for answering technical questions from the workforce, performing structured root cause analysis using standard techniques, and supporting all product qualifications with respect to Quality testing and reporting.

What You Will Do

• Support the improvement of plant metrics with support teams (M-QCR, RACI, Reprints, Cost of Quality)
• Creation and maintenance of Systems, Processes, Procedures, SOPs and Corrective Actions for Quality issues
• Meeting annual Hoshin goals (based on split – individual/department)
