Job Duties and Responsibilities
Taking part in APQP activities.Responsible process quality, including problem shooting and continuous improvement.Responsible customer complaints, including 0 kilometers issues and warranty issues.Communicating with customer for quality concerns.Responsible for audit from internal and external.Regularly quality reporting.Other tasks assigned by manager.Education and Qualifications
Bachelor or above with mechanical or related major.Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in automotive quality management.Be familiar with quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D report, 5 why.Be familiar with IATF16949.Lean production experience is preferred.Good English and communication skills.First time right thinking.
