- Lead customer‑facing quality for current production and new product qualification/launch activities.
- Own structured problem solving and corrective actions (8D), including investigation, root cause, corrective/preventive actions, and effectiveness verification.
- Create and manage PPAP documentation (dimensional results, capability, MSA, control plans, etc.) and ensure outputs translate into robust manufacturing controls and inspection methods.
