Review, create, & approve Process Routers prior to release to production.All customer & design authority specification requirements are to be verified and achieved prior to Process Router approval.A liaison between the Estimating and Quality departments to verify all paperwork is compliant and quality testing pricing is added, if required, prior to processing parts.Communication and teamwork with production to verify that Process Routers are viable and if any changes (specification & customer compliant) are required.Submittal of Technical Plans to General Electric, Rolls-Royce, PWA & other customers prior to processing parts.Create repair procedures for non-conforming products and customer returns.Assist in resolving customer technical questions/problems.Assist Quality Engineering Supervisor and/or Manager on special projects and customer related quality issue...
