Job Description
+ To ensure effective process and business performance, under minimal supervision, works with local operations and other staff to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop and implement corrective actions.
+ Takes an active role in helping drive continuous improvement by developing quality metrics, including Statistical Process Controls, and analysis of data.
+ Develops basic to complex processes and process maps.
+ To fulfill accreditation, regulatory and business requirements, under minimal supervision, participates in, or leads operational process improvement through metrics, problem identification, root cause analysis and developing and implementing corrective actions.
