The Quality Engineer supports a critical, rapidly growing product line and plays a highly visible role in ensuring product quality across both manufacturing and field installations. This position leads structured problem-solving efforts, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures rapid resolution of quality issues in factory and field environments. The role offers high impact, strong visibility with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership, and significant ownership over daily issue triage and resolution in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
Responsibilities
+ Review and triage daily quality issues arising from manufacturing operations and field installations.
+ Lead daily cross-functional “war room” meetings to prioritize and address critical quality issues.
+ Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured methodologies such as RCCA and 8D.
