Job Description

Own and elevate quality in our Solution Business by leading preventive quality engineering, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce defects, improve firstpass yield, and strengthen customer satisfaction, while embedding datadriven quality practices across engineering and operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support of the specialist departments in quality-relevant topics
  • Knowledge of principles of software development
  • Test knowledge (e.g. ISO ) and approval processes (e.g. waterfall)
  • Understanding of certification requirements
  • Preparation of Statements towards customers
  • Requesting and evaluating statements from suppliers (internal/external)
  • Leading quality and escalation meetings with customers, suppliers & internal
  • Leading in defect analysis using the 8D systematic (5 Why/ Ishikawa/ Poka-Yoka)
