ABOUT THE ROLE

The Quality Assurance Engineer will act as liaison between customers and Sejong’s production line, interact with the customer’s quality, production control, and purchasing functions at each customer.


They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through Zero defects of the parts, quickly response for nonconforming sorting activity, and coordinating customer needs with other functions as required.


To eliminate a recurrence of the issues, they will have a meeting that find a root cause and corrective action with regarding team.

  • Field Claim Analysis

    • - Claim data analysis


    - Claim objection to customer

  • IATF 16949 certification
