Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality control and quality assurance activities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Lead internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits)
  • Ensure product quality meets customer specifications
  • Monitor KPI such as yield rate, rejection rate, and quality cost
  • Review and approve quality documents (SOP, WI, Control Plan, FMEA)
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Train and guide Quality Inspectors and Engineers
