Job Description

The Quality organization is currently seeking a solutions-oriented to join the Quality team at Saltillo Truck Light Duty(STLD) in Saltillo, México. This position offers the selected candidate an opportunity to be an integral part of a company whose focus is to change the automotive landscape. 

The selected candidate will oversee and review project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle ensuring the product meets or exceeds customers’ needs and expectations. Specific responsibilities are: 

  • Contribute to the achievement of Quality Objectives. 

  • Acquisition of new customer alerts outside of the plant (warranty claims, customer incident reports, and PDI). 

  • Plant Manufacturing Team: Reporting the internal KPI issues due to non-conformities from their process and validate the action plans to overcome them (special focus on repeated issues, and safety problems)
