Roles & Responsibilities

Supplier Transition & Exit Support

• Support the exit program by enabling the transition of PCB assemblies from suppliers.
• Coordinate with incumbent suppliers to obtain complete and accurate as-built documentation, including Gerbers, BOMs, COC, FAIR, and test data.
• Validate the completeness, accuracy, and manufacturability of as-built PCB documentation prior to supplier transition.

Technical Review & Validation

• Review PCB designs, fabrication drawings, stack-ups, and specifications for compliance with engineering standards.
• Perform first-pass technical reviews of EQs (Engineering Questions) from suppliers, identifying gaps, risks, cost drivers, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure PCB designs are producible at new suppliers without performance, reliability, or compliance risks.
