Job Summary:

The Quality Engineer will boost quality assurance throughout RTC’s manufacturing lifecycle. This role is accountable for supporting the development and implementation of robust quality standards and processes. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections, diagnosing root causes of non-conformance, and collaborating with diverse teams to execute corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Engineer is instrumental in driving continuous improvement to ensure exceptional product quality.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control (QC) & Design Excellence Strategic Quality Development: Support the development and implementation of robust QC methodologies, comprehensive test plans, and rigorous Design Verification & Validation (V&V) strategies to ensure unwavering adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
