Responsibilities
Play a key role in new product launches by leading quality planning activities from development through serial production.
Partner with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to ensure the highest standards of product and process quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, improving process capability, and enhancing overall manufacturing performance.
Lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies to eliminate recurring quality issues and strengthen customer satisfaction.
