Quality Engineer - Plant C

Position Summary

The Quality Engineer will work closely with the Quality Manager, Plant Managers, and hourly employees to maintain and improve business systems. The Quality Engineer may supervise quality technicians, auditors, documentation, test, etc. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for plans, implementing and coordinate applicable Corrective, Preventive and Technical controls of processes and products as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products.
• Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards.
• Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
