Job Description
- Coordinates with external provider and customers on any concerns raised.
- Ensure that all inspection requirements are conducted pertaining but not limited to materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure that quality specifications are met.
- Develops and monitors corrective actions, solutions, and improvements related to nonconformities.
- Reviews customer requirements and other specifications related to product conformance.
- Initiates issuance of Corrective Action Report related to customer complaints and external provider product deviations.
- Coordinates and participates in parts under process development.
- Investigates and troubleshoots product or production issues.
- Initiates and coordinate programs to ensure active participation of all concerned personnel in building a culture of quality workplace-oriented organization.
