About the role

As a Quality Engineer at LUXSHARE PRECISION (M) SDN. BHD', you will play a vital role in ensuring the excellence and reliability of our manufacturing processes and products. This full-time position is based in Perak Tengah District, Perak, and will involve overseeing quality assurance and control measures across our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing, implementing and monitoring quality control systems and processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements
  2. Conducting quality audits, inspections and tests at various stages of production to identify and address non-conformities
  3. Analysing quality data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
