Quality Engineer

**Description:** **WHAT WE'RE DOING**
This is a hybrid position that will require this individual to provide support as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), backup Floor Supplier Quality Engineer (FSQE), as well as a backup to the Quality Analyst position. Supplier Quality Assurance is responsible for managing supplier performance and ensuring delivery of compliant product to the factory floor and end-customer.
**THE WORK**
• The SQA scope of work includes (but is not limited to); Flow-down quality requirements to Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
• Co-author Statements of Work, as required
• Evaluate Purchase Order supplier selection and execute risk mitigation, as needed
• Verify LM-approval of supplier special processes
• Verify supplier product through First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 and source Inspection & Incoming Inspection plan creation and coordination
