We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer to join our team specializing in Quality for our Cummins Inc. facility in Oshkosh, WI
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Build strong cross-functional and supplier relationships to drive improved quality performance and align outcomes with business objectives.
+ Apply APQP, AIAG tools, and Cummins quality methodologies to enhance supplier manufacturing processes and ensure product consistency.
+ Support supplier audits and progressively lead low-risk audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
+ Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action development to resolve supplier-related quality issues effectively.
+ Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions to ensure sustainable resolution of quality challenges.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to strengthen supplier capabilities...
