We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to play a crucial role in the mitigation and elimination of Quality Fade as changes are implemented. This position involves reviewing, revising, and creating essential documents such as SQS, SQRs, and Work Instructions. The ideal candidate will collaborate on SCAR, NCMRs, and ICAR investigations, and work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams in Product Development Quality Matrices. Supporting IQ, OQ, and PQ activities on new and existing products is a significant part of this role, along with creating and managing Manufacturing and Quality KPI data and trends.
