:What will you work on?
Manage quality, reliability, and safety compliance activities during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure that Spin Master products meet and/or exceed worldwide safety, chemical, and performance requirements, deliver optimal product reliability, and fulfill customer expectations for the product. This position will also monitor product performance in the field and pose improvements as required and use this information to anticipate and prevent issues on future products

How will you create impact?
Perform as QA core team member on project teams; as part of the new product introduction (NPI) team, attend team meetings and lead all quality, safety and reliability activities and requirements to ensure product consistently meets all regulatory and customer requirements
Coordinate internal and external testing as required and planned for the development stage.
