Quality Engineer | MTC

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement inspection standards, monitor trial and mass production processes, analyze root causes of defective finished products, and manage customer complaints by conducting thorough analysis, corrective actions, and effective resolution to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements

• Education/Major: College degree or higher in electronics or related STEM field.
• Experience/Skills:
  • 1‑3 years of relevant experience in the electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with international, national, and industry‑specific product quality laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Understanding of basic construction and manufacturing processes for televisions and related products.
  • Ability to independently analyze circuits and proficiently utilize computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) with flexibility.
