Job Description

Ensure compliance with product and process quality standards, meeting customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and promoting continuous improvement. Serve as the technical liaison between the company and customers on quality-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet customer requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001), and internal quality systems.
  • Manage customer complaints by leading root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using 8D, 5 Why, and similar tools.
  • Implement and maintain Control Plans, FMEAs, PPAPs, APQP, and other Core Tools deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze quality KPIs (PPM, scrap, rework, FTQ) and drive improvement actions.
  • Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits.
  • Coordinate containment, rework, and disposition activities for nonconforming product.
