Job Description
- Quality System Administrator, Audit Experience, Review, validation and driver of customer complaints, supporting with investigation and performance of root cause analysis.
- Document each investigation thoroughly in accordance with procedures within complaint handling system.
- Investigate internal and scrap non-conformances and perform root cause analysis and CAPA utilizing proven tools to resolve quality, process, and product issues.
- DQR Sikorsky, engineering changes, VR , tech helps, customer communication.
- Returns, ORD's and dispositions and expedite containment to customers and interplants.
- Continuous improvement projects.
- Metric Focal, Emails and notifications of IAR / Scrap.
- Containment activities for all customer notifications. Internal auditor.
- Attendance of Customer service requirements.
- Interpretation of customer engineering and validation.
- Q-pulse upload. KPI to customers. ...
