Job Description

  • Quality System Administrator, Audit Experience, Review, validation and driver of customer complaints, supporting with investigation and performance of root cause analysis.
  • Document each investigation thoroughly in accordance with procedures within complaint handling system.
  • Investigate internal and scrap non-conformances and perform root cause analysis and CAPA utilizing proven tools to resolve quality, process, and product issues.
  • DQR Sikorsky, engineering changes, VR , tech helps, customer communication.
  • Returns, ORD's and dispositions and expedite containment to customers and interplants.
  • Continuous improvement projects.
  • Metric Focal, Emails and notifications of IAR / Scrap.
  • Containment activities for all customer notifications. Internal auditor.
  • Attendance of Customer service requirements.
  • Interpretation of customer engineering and validation.
  • Q-pulse upload. KPI to customers.
