1.Responsibilities :
- Report to QA Manager.
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring customer's Quality Performance Metrics for CAR, RMA, Audit and NC.
Ensure effective and timely CAR response to customer's rejection, with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigation to evaluate and prevent escapes/defects.
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring internal Quality Performance Metrics for OQA, OBA, and IPQC findings
Establish and conduct Customer Quality Improvement Plan reviews, with cross-functional team and customers.
Conduct regular internal line Audit and coordinates Customer Visits and Audit.
Understanding in products specification, customer's flow down requirement and provide quality technical leadership for improvement with cross-functional team's.
