1.Responsibilities :

  • Report to QA Manager.
  • Responsible for maintaining and monitoring customer's Quality Performance Metrics for CAR, RMA, Audit and NC.

  • Ensure effective and timely CAR response to customer's rejection, with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigation to evaluate and prevent escapes/defects.

  • Responsible for maintaining and monitoring internal Quality Performance Metrics for OQA, OBA, and IPQC findings

  • Establish and conduct Customer Quality Improvement Plan reviews, with cross-functional team and customers. 

  • Conduct regular internal line Audit and coordinates Customer Visits and Audit.

  • Understanding in products specification, customer's flow down requirement and provide quality technical leadership for improvement with cross-functional team's.
