Work closely with production team to ensure continuous improvements in process stability to reduce waste due to scrap, rework, or warranty claim.

Drive for Corrective and Preventive cross-functional follow-up actions on major issues pertaining to product/parts/material quality, customer complaints, through cross-functional initiatives.
