Job Responsibilities:
Lead weekly quality workshops, analyze production data, and manage First Pass Yield (FPY) for mass production.
Conduct Level B layered audits, address critical quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
Develop, update, and manage quality control documentation; review and handle non-conforming or abnormal products.
Carry out annual product audits, maintain key process capability controls, and analyze GP12 data to drive continuous improvement.
Reduce internal defect rates, control process-related costs, and support the resolution of major customer complaints through effective corrective actions.
